Against the available vacancies after the First list, candidates in the attached list are upgraded / allotted to their higher preferred Universities based on their Merit.

These candidates are required to contact the University to which they are finally allotted, and required to report to the University for completion of admission formalities between 1st and 3rd July, 2009.

Out of the candidates listed, those candidates who have already confirmed and paid Rs.10,000/- (Rs.5,000/- in case of SC/ST) are required to pay the fee at the finally allotted University after deducting the above said amount.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the Second list are required to send their confirmation to CLAT Office by Fax (fax No. 08418-245161 or 245174) and pay the total amount of fee directly at the allotted University at the time of admission.

If there is a vacancy on 4th July, 2009 in any of the eleven National Law Universities, candidates will be intimated by email or phone about their upgradation and the fee paid by them to individual University on the day of admission, will automatically be transferred to the University to which they are finally allotted.

After 5th July, 2009 no candidate will be allowed to shift from one University to another even if there are vacancies.

Note:

• Mr. Govind Singh Solanki (Admit Card No. ND02U09693) who was provisionally allotted a seat at RMLNLU, Lucknow is found ineligible for admission as the PWD reservation at the above mentioned University is Horizontal and only those candidates who belong to U.P. and O.B.C / S.C. PWD are eligible under that Category. The demand draft sent by the candidate will be returned in due course. He will be considered for admission in other Universities in case of vacancies based on his merit at a later stage.
• Mr. Shanti Bekash Chakne (Admit Card No. KL02U06522) was found ineligible as he secured only 42.5% in 10+2 examination.
